Sebastian Espejo

Sebastian is a watcher and chaser of light - his gentle oil paintings capturing ephemeral and fleeting moments in the natural world. A Chilean painter who has recently moved to East London, his process is grounded in a daily practice of painting - allowing him incredible mastery over his materials. With echoes of Impressionism, Sebastian translates his observations and experiences of light to delicately painted artworks which have haunting, gentle power.
