We are thrilled to welcome prize-winning London artist Kuda Mushangi to Glasshouse with his debut exhibition 'Familiar Spaces'.

A rising star in contemporary painting, Kuda explores the architecture of the everyday. His paintings translate domestic interiors into layered constructions of shape, rhythm, and colour.

Kuda draws upon his experience as an Architect and treats each canvas as a kind of blueprint for emotion — a study of how spatial design shapes human experience. Through recognisable forms and imagery he captures the quiet joys of interiors and the playfulness found in familiar spaces. His paintings celebrate how the geometry of the everyday can hold memory, warmth, and delight.
