We are delighted to launch our second solo exhibition by Royal Academy trained artist Christopher Thompson. Born in Grimsby in 1969, he is based in Walthamstow and has exhibited widely across the UK and overseas.

In this new collection Chris devotes his meticulous, painterly realism to beautiful, strange fictions. Presenting a collection of re-imagined, displaced and adorned dwellings - he questions ideas of belonging, ownership and transformation. Reality blurs with fantasy, the surreal and the mundane intertwine and narrative unfolds.
